We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.
Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days of delivery will receive a refund or exchange. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt.
To schedule a return, simply go to the Returns Page and initiate the returns process. Then, choose the best returns reason that suits your need. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and you can then drop off your package at our shipping carrier.
Occasionally, a mistake in shipment could occur. If this does happen, and you receive the incorrect goods, FreshDeals.co will provide a refund for the cost of the goods.
If your refund is approved, we will send you an email with the status update. All refunds are provided through the payment provider you chose at checkout.
If you receive your order damaged, contact FreshDeals.co within 24 hours. We will require photographic evidence of the damage so that we may make a claim with the shipping courier. Please keep all packaging in the event the courier requires this for the damage claim. These steps must be followed to ensure the courier accepts liability and to avoid any disputes.
