How secure is my personal information?

Freshdeals adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.

We take security very seriously. We use PayPal and Shopify payment processing systems which keep your payment information and transaction protected, safe and secure. 

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

Is it safe to give my credit card details at this shop?

We use Shopify and PayPal as our payment processors. This means that the payment info you provide is used and stored by Shopify and PayPal only. We do not have any access to your credit card or payment information.

Will my details be shared with 3rd parties of the Freshdeals Website?

No, we respect your privacy and do not share your details with any third parties. Please refer to our privacy policy to get more insights into our information sharing practices.

 

PAYMENT

What ways can I pay on Freshdeals.co?

There are various payment methods: Credit Card, Debit cards, PayPal, Bitcoins. Gift vouchers issued by Freshdeals can also be availed.

Do I get a receipt for my online order?

Yes, as soon as your order is submitted and confirmed, we will send you an email/SMS confirmation with order invoice. In addition, you'll also get a printed copy when your order is delivered.

Does Freshdeals save my credit card details?

No, we don't. We use Shopify and Pay Pal as our payment gateway to guarantee you world-class payment security. We respect your privacy and do not share your details with any third parties.

 

SHIPPING:

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on most of our products. In some cases, where shipping address is in remote areas or cheap shipping services are not available, we may charge you shipping charges. We try to keep our shipping costs as minimum as possible.

What is the handling time?

Handling time or processing time is the time taken in the warehouse after your order is placed with us to sort, pack and handover your item to the shipping company. We try to keep our handling time within 1 for our New York warehouse and 4 days for our Global warehouses.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver globally. Check our shipping policy to see specific details.

Can my shipping address and billing address be different?

Yes, you can add more addresses at checkout - keep your favorite addresses saved by signing up for your Freshdeals account.

Yes. We are here to help. You can mail us at support@freshdeals.co and you will receive a response in a maximum of two business days. We, at Freshdeals highly appreciate your feedback.

How long do I have to return any of my order?

You have 30 days to return your order from the date of delivery.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service via email to  support@freshdeals.co to help if we can solve the problem together first. In most cases, items can be returned within 30 days.

Is there a Restocking Fee?

There is a restocking fee on certain items sold from our New York warehouse.

Merchandise returned within 15 days from the date of the items received will not incur a re-stocking fee. You may be responsible for a merchandise re-stocking charge of 15% if items are received within 16-30 days from the date of delivery. Any items past 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned.

When will I get my refund?

It normally takes about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. Please visit our returns and refunds page for more details.

Does Freshdeals offer replacements and exchanges?

The color looks different on my newly received item than what I see on the website – can I do something about this?

While you’re placing an order, please remember that sometimes the computer screen display colors differently. Your ordered item may look slightly different in color but rest assured, the design will be the same as seen on the website.

What is RMA?

RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who want to return item(s) are required to apply for a RMA. Once the RMA is authorized, customers may return the item(s) by printing the return address on the label. 

I received an incorrect item

Often, customers complain that they didn’t receive the same product as shown on the website. Please keep in mind that the computer screen display colors differently and that is one reason that you might receive slightly different colored products. We assure you the design is the same as seen on the website.

However, if you are still sure you have received an incorrect item, please email us at support@freshdeals.co with your order number and the details of the order received.  You can also contact our 24/7 customer service team Via Live Chat. On confirmation from our team, we will either refund you or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available).  Freshdeals will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive the item

An item was damaged during shipping

Freshdeals quality check team ensures that your products are carefully packaged and delivered to get to you in perfect condition. However, if your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund and/or replacement.
Email us at support@freshdeals.co with your order ID and we'll replace it as soon as possible. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. You will also be asked to provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier.

Can I cancel my online order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if your order has not been shipped yet. Please check the shipping status of your order from your account. If your order has been already shipped, then please follow the return procedure.

 

ORDERING

My order hasn't been shipped 7 business days after payment

Please verify that your payment is confirmed and none of the items are back ordered or sold out. If the issue is still there then please email to support@freshdeals.co

Why was my order partially shipped?  

There are three reasons why your order was partially shipped:

  • To avoid any additional costs, feasible methods are employed. One of them includes fast shipping at minimum cost. This may cause products in orders with multiple items to be delivered separately.
  • The items were overweight and need to be shipped in individual packages.
  • The item was out of production or stock for a long while. We may ship the rest to you first. Usually in this case, you will get an email from us, informing you of the situation. 

    Please check your email and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund.

    Why is my order still in the processing stage several days after order completion?

    If your order is still in the processing stage 48 hours after payment, it means that some items in your order are out of stock. We usually need 2-5 days to restock these items. If you still have concerns about your order, please contact us to check for you directly via Live Chat or email us at support@freshdeals.co

    My order is not in my Freshdeals account

    There are two reasons why an order might not appear in your Order List. 

    • The payment system encountered an error when you placed the order. 
    • You placed your order as guest (without logging in to a FRESHDEALS account first).

    If you are met with any of the above situations, don’t worry.

    First, make sure that you have completed your payment by checking your PayPal or credit card account for the payment information. Then contact us by providing the transaction ID, invoice ID or your PayPal email address. Our customer service center will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    How do I order on Freshdeals.co?

    It’s easy! Once you have found what you are looking for, you need to do the following:

    • Add items to your cart
    • Click to checkout
    • Confirm your billing & delivery address
    • Make a payment and await your delivery

    You can check out without being registered, but we recommend you take 2 minutes to sign up for speedier checkout and other benefits!

    Where can I check the shipping status of my order?

    Please log in to your Freshdeals account to check for the status of your shipping. We will also be emailing you the tracking number.

    I ordered two or more items, but only received one, where is my other order?

    • Freshdeals has a large stock variety stored in different warehouses. If your order comprises multiple items, they may be delivered to you from different warehouses nearest to you and arrive on different times than the others.
    • Sometimes, items from the same order will be split into different packages to avoid additional fees due to excess weight.

    You should receive any missing components of your order within two (2) weeks. However, if you don't – let us know by contacting us at support@freshdeals.co

    Where can I find my tracking number?

    Tracking information along with several other updates at Freshdeals are emailed to you after your order is confirmed. Alternatively, the tracking number is also updated in your Freshdeals account once the order is shipped.

    How to track your package?

    After an order has been shipped, you can track its status on our website freshdeals.co.
    You can find the tracking information under the Your Orders tab. In case of multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and hence, separate tracking information.

    Can I track my order online?

    Yes, you can track your order journey as it makes its way to you. Just login and type in your order ID & your email address.

    Where is my order?

    To see where your order is, you have access to a tracking number. In cases where the status reads received but you haven’t received the order, please check with your postal service. For further queries and information, contact us at support@freshdeals.co

    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    An average time in which your items will arrive is about 3-5 weeks. However, the delivery time also depends on the product ordered. If you're still not sure, just contact us.  We're happy to help.

    Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

    Confirmation details, shipping details and multiple other updates are sent to you on the email you have provided us with. In most cases, an incorrect email is the reason why customers don’t receive their confirmation details. In case you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

    Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses? 

    We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer, or change in the address after the order was placed. Nonetheless, we try our best to accommodate corrections, however you may have to pay additional shipping and handling if your order needs to be shipped more than once. 

    Can couriers deliver to remote areas?

    Yes. Most couriers do deliver to remote areas. However, this may vary from country to country and on the courier service itself. Often, courier services charge additional amount for remote area delivery. It is therefore, advised to choose standard shipping for your order in such a case.

    Can I save my cart items and return later?

    Yes, you can! You can also customize your Wishlist by logging in or registering and we'll let you know if your product is in stock when you are ready to buy. You can access and choose from your wishlist

    If I order more than one product, will they all be delivered together?

    Not necessarily. This depends on the location of the warehouse closest to your location. Hence, multiple products might have varying delivery times. Sometimes, the package is distributed into separate parcels solely because of weight issue to avoid additional charges.

     

    ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

    Possible reasons:

    • Order Split Shipped: Check your order if it has been shipped in split shipments. Your other items may arrive in few days as per shipping service.
    • Ordered from different warehouses: If you ordered from 2 different warehouses the order will have multiple shipments.
    • FRESHDEALS made a mistake: On rare occasions, an item maybe missed during packaging.
    • Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.

    If you have checked or waited long enough, yet there are some items missing, please Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing to our Customer Service at support@freshdeals.co , including your order number and a copy of the parcel declaration.
