Refunds & Returns
Freshdeals return policy is accessible strictly for 30 days only. No refund or exchange requests will be entertained beyond 30 days.
When our customers commend our quality maintenance, we work harder and better to maintain that standard. We are highly picky about what reaches you and in what condition. From placing an order at Freshdeals.co to receiving it at your doorstep, we make sure every step on the way is taken care of.
You can be sure of the quality and the working condition of your ordered products since it always goes through our efficient team of quality check before reaching you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.
Not satisfied? Avail our return policy. To be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:
- The item to be returned is unused.
- It is in the same condition as when you first received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- For some electronic or battery-operated toys, the return policy is 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Any items that have been bent, scratched, altered, or damaged thru wear & tear will not be acceptable for return.
- It is reminded that return shipping reimbursement is not available.
In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, for most items, we offer a refund or exchange within 30-day time from receiving it. However, it is important to note that Freshdeals do not accept a return on perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Free Items
- Intimates (for example: sanitary goods)
- hazardous materials
- flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software product
- Some health and personal care items.
- Bluetooth headsets, Charms, Screen protectors, Hands-free stereo headsets and other personal products can never be returned once opened.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Finally, note the following for an easy processing of returns:
- To process your return, please contact us with your order information.
- Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Mention this number on the shipping label.
- A restocking fee may be charged on certain products.
- Please do not send your purchased product back to the manufacturer
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return on most items.
- Certain items may have a restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
There is a restocking fee on certain items sold from our New York warehouse.
Merchandise returned within 15 days from the date of the items received will not incur a re-stocking fee. You may be responsible for a merchandise re-stocking charge of 15% if items are received within 16-30 days from the date of delivery. Any items past 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned.
If we receive a returned item without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) on it, it is considered as an unauthorized return. Unauthorized returns are completely at the discretion of Freshdeals. A refund will be processed and notified, accordingly.
Missing Item (Items missed completely or partially from an order)
Received your order but something is missing? Don’t worry. Freshdeals will ship the missing item to you once we have checked it. If the item is just out of stock, full refund of the item’s price will be issued.
In any such instances, please contact Freshdeals Customer service within 30 days from the date of shipment.
It is also advised to keep the package safe incase asked to be shown by Freshdeals.
Shipped but not Delivered
If the status of shipment is not updated and you have not received your product within 60 days from the date of shipment (30 days for the packages shipped from US warehouse to U.S. or Canada) since the shipment date (Except Russia), Freshdeals will reschedule another shipment of the item to you.
In the force-majeure circumstances, Freshdeals will take special actions to deal with the problem.
These circumstances include: flood, fire, earthquake and other natural phenomena, strike, acts or actions of governmental bodies.
Does Freshdeals offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes. Freshdeals offer replacement or exchange if:
- the item you received was not in proper order i.e. damaged or defective
- a wrong item was sent to you
Please let us know if you’re met with any of the mentioned issues to process your exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your order within our shipping policy time frame, you have a right to request a full refund of your order. Once your refund request is processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case of approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to be processed and 7-10 days for the credit to post on your bank account or credit card.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take up to 10 days for the refund amount to appear on your bank or credit card account.

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
There is no return or refund policy on items on sale. The policy is only applicable on regular priced items.
The item was marked as a gift when purchased
When the order is shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
The item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased
When the order is shipped to the gift giver and not directly to you, a refund will be given to the gift giver once the returned item is received.
Please note the following:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:
- Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
- You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.
